A military aerial refueling aircraft, the KC-135 is the military version of the Boeing B-707. The aircraft is critical to missions where tactical fighters and bombers need to extend their range and endurance. It has served for over 50 years in the US Air Force, and many of the aircraft are expected to fly until 2040.
